Well i have a rear windscreen and the car is running ok (except for the clutch slip) so there should be no more whining from me about postponing it, so its time to decide:

Makes no real difference to me, just looking forward to meeting up with everybody.

17th is St. Patricks Day, and 18th is Mothering Sunday, so this may not prove to be the best weekend for a few people . It would probably be more than my life is worth to say that I was available on the Sunday , but may be able to make the Saturday .

If you like, I will bring along the trusty Sykes Pickavant code reader and check everyone's errors and throttle cables, if you'd like. Who knows, a few of you may well go home with more power/torque than when you arrived !

I see we are having the usual problems in organising a south meet again ! Any more thoughts on an alternative date to 17/18th?

How about the weekend after Easter (14th/15th April)? I know it seems a way off, but Easter gets in the way, and I expect most people will have family commitments around then. (Sorry if that means you miss it pfoe, but I'm sure you'll be having a 'nice' time wherever you are !)

Just a bump really, is anything happening on the 14th/15th? I'll be back in the country by then, living near Bournemouth and should have a new car (probably diesel-powered). I would pop along for a Coupe fix

I can do April 14/15 (or any other w/e for that matter), but I'll probably be in a courtesy car that weekend, whilst mine is being fixed.

TBH, I would prefer the Sunday, as I was rather hoping to fit my newly refurbed rear calipers and new handbrake cables on the Saturday .

OK so it's Sunday the 22nd at an undisclosed location in the Bournemouth Area.

Sadly i dont know the roads well enough to come up with a route, or the pubs well enough to come up with a venue.

I would prefer the southampton side of bournemouth if possible. Whats the A35 like around christchurch?

How about somewhere in the New Forest? There are plenty of pubs with sizeable car parks, and it might just be early enough in the season for them not to be too full . The only trouble will be the 40mph limits on pretty much all of the roads .
