I remember him. He came to my house once delivering a mobile phone he got me a discount on from CPW. His coop sounded well.

I wonder if he has a Skoda VRS yet?

Can't believe he gave up all things coop and this forum so easily just for some bird rolleyes Blummin heck, it was being with mrs c2d that drove me to the coop and the forum in the first place laugh

As others have said, someone who really would go the extra mile to help out others. Will, if you happen to read this - hi; and you'll have to pop down for dinner again some time!

... matey laugh

I remember seeing his LPG coop at a SE meet, a Vinci right? The perfect everyday coop, but didnt someone steal his LPG fuel cap cover?

Hope he's doing well.

Pretty sure it was Murple - sounded great (blueflame, IIRC) but it was a bit "well-worn"

Pretty sure it was the first forum car over 200,000 miles though, so it had a half-decent excuse

Strange attitude. Ms RK thinks I'm sad spending so much time on here frown , but she doesn't see a problem with me talking to all the other "saddoes" laugh To be fair she did agree to let me weigh her head!

Of course I could be on Facebook tracking down old girlfriends (unfortunately old in both contexts) wink

As for KP, it's all been said, he helped my brother with a CPW problem, not knowing either of us cool

He really was a great guy on the forums. Amazing he hasn't even checked back here once, though he may have done as a guest, you never know.

He'll be out there, somewhere, posting 6,000 times a day, EVERY post being about Vegetable Oil, Diesel Xantia's, and MPG.

The vinci conversion was probably Luke's at the time of the SE meet. Can't remember what his moniker was on here - unless it was Luke.

I remember he was dropping off and picking up some parts from London / Essex way and offered to travel further down to Tunbridge Wells to pick up a Zender Front Bumper for me. I couldn't (and still can't) believe he did this - the deal couldn't possibly have gone ahead without Will doing that.

As has been said; top bloke and sadly missed. I remember him saying it was time for him to leave the Forum behind and start the next phase of his life.

Wherever you are Will, I hope life's treating you well and you're as happy as the last time I saw you. cool

I can reveal at this point that I have recently bumped into KP and he has "authorised" me to say hello on his behalf, so Hi to everyone. He's still much the same as ever, and a prolific poster "elsewhere", although current whereabouts remain classified!
