Pretty much yes since they are not adjustable clutches. The only thing it could be is the slave is dead and the fluid is contaminated (as mine was, on my 2nd clutch). However at 108k and likely on the original clutch it's going to need changing.

MrPoppins Unregistered M	just been talking to the owner of the coupe i posted, admited it needs a new clutch when i offered him £1800 said no going to do the clutch after xmas if he can be bothered and doesnt get the asking price, if it doesnt get done after xmas will give me a ring
