I don't know the car but it needs some work, tail pipe is missing so the rear valance will be melted.

Yeah, I spotted that and asked him if the tailpipe had fallen off and the bumper melted but he just said that the tailpipe had corroded, no bumper damage. I know from personal experience that the bumper melts V quickly if the pipe falls off.

I saw this car about 3 weeks ago when it was advertised as a plus, I told him it was a 6 speed but not a plus, he has changed the advert since. The car seems to be in good condition and well looked after other than the corroded tail pipe - I dont recall there being any melting on the bumper, I did look around the area so would have thought I'd have noticed if there was any.

The car had a stamped book but no receipts so will definitely need a cambelt change and service. The exterior was in excellent condition for a 8-9 year old car and it seemed to drive well, no unexpected noises, no excess smoke from turbo etc. I'd say it's worth a look if you're prepared to pay for a cambelt service on top of the price (which will obviously come down). The dealer seems a nice guy for what it's worth
