I am looking to get a new exhaust for my 20VT. I do not know enough info to make the call for which to buy!?!

I have a newly installed T28 turbo (thanks to Joe at CC). Other than this the car is standard.

I will be visiting flea to get a custom re-map.

The exhaust needs to be.......

- Quiet (ish) when tootling along
- Louder and a bit 'fruity' when putting your foot down

Any comments, most welcomed smile

Phil

Get to MotorMech .
I'm off on Saturday for custom duplex system fitted.
So actually...I can't yet comment on whether they are any good, but there have only been good things said about Paul and the team on here!

Have pm'd motormech. Looked into the miltek but cannot really find anyone close enough to me. Blueflame sound good too.

Interesting subject really, so many opinions ....

I use to have a supersprint on my old 20VT and I think it looks one of the best out of all of them, quetish, and then when you put your foot down its a sporty raspy sound, lovely!

At the min, I have a custom made Longlife, very good quality but expensive. You tell them what you want and hey presto....

The Miltek is great, though is not sold new anymore due to lack of demand.

Out of interest, what kind of difference power wise would find with complete turbo back and larger down pipe as to a cat back? I think i've read somewhere on the forum before that it helps increase with fuelling or did I just make that up?!

For quite and racy sound Super Sprint all the way. Looks the best too. Since moisture is minimal in the middle east it lasts life long.....i read some topics in the forum that they begin to rust in the UK after 3 years.
