I've got £200 and would like to amp the front and back speakers. I have alpine type R's in the front and the standard issue Infinity 6x9 in the rear.
So should I go 2x2 channel amp or 4 channel?
Cheers, Shifty

i would recomend you go for the 2x2 as the quality will be much better. if you wish to add to your system all you will need to do is to add a crossover unit. enjoy!!

If you are planing on running all four speakers buy a four channel amp, mostly all amps come with built in crossovers unless you want a eq to do this job which you can them set the amp into slave or flat. Try looking for an amp that's around 80-100 rms per channel. Hertz make very good amps, and the alpine pdx 100.4 is one of my favs
