I assume you mean TD05-16G small & large?
If so I would say they can flow about 370BHPish.

In France, "Chapps77" is running a TD05 18G and "20vtistres" a TD06 20G H thumb

The mapping is still in progress because of the 440cc's injectors but they're already really powerful cars shocked

I will let you know if they have some good results in a few months after a rolling road wink

TD06H-20G shocked must be too big for 20vt. The power delivery must start very late, circa 4000 rpm...Or what do they French guy say?
I use TD04H-19T and I think it is okay for 20vt engine.

"Upgrade" dosn't always mean better. Greddy is mainly for Jap so I doubt people here would have tried it. If you get the compressor map for this turbo then it will give some indication to how it may perform.

TDO5H 20G is a very common hybrid for Evo's. No reason it wont work on a Coupe

If you want to go that way Iwould look at turbos like the FP Green hybrid instead or some of the BB conversion versions of the turbos that are commonly used in the UK.

I think it's too big too. The compressor is smaller than on a GT2871R for example (68mm vs 71mm) but the turbine is crazy big shocked (65mm IIRC vs 56.5mm)

Full boost at 4000/4500 at the moment. We have no idea of what power the car is making actually but it's really powerful. 80 to 200 km/h in 10 seconds with a 20VT, i think it's not far from 380/400 HP confused

TD05 18G is smoother wink But it's a big turbo too smile

I think your TD04 19T is the best option for a powerful daily car thumb

I use evo 9 turbo for my 16vt car, and that is the best I have tryed.
boost almost like stock turbo
having now only clock boost ( 0.8bar )
and it takes it about 2700rpm 3 gear.
4 gear even sooner.
when I use 1.4bar, I believe it can be reached before 3000rpm at 4 gear. cool
so full boost 3000-7500rpm and goes strongly right after 1000rpm cool

you can get a ball bearing race and get them ported and it improves the spool even more as well as a higher top end. With those mods it is capable of a bit over 400BHP (I know of someone whose car made 415BHP, 400lbs/ft on that turbo albeit it was an Evo 8 rather than a 16VT)

Doesn't the evo 9 turbo come with a journal bearing as standard?

yep, I know cool
also I have titanium turbine wheel and shaft/ axel ( how do you say it )
as a replace one, so if I want even better spooling, that is 33% lighter, than the standard inconel version.
cant get you any pictures yet, but soon..
check scara73 pages.. +410hp, with standard evo9 turbo. wink
