Wondering if any of you can offer any words of wisdom on my predicament.

My insurance policy runs out on the 25th Aug this year however I'll be on honeymoon from the 24th for 3 weeks. To make things more complicated Im about to apply to take the private reg off the car as Im selling it. Im thinking maybe I should wait until after the wedding to transfer etc but I want to get going with it as if I don't I never will!

Lastly - I normally pay the insurance in one go but think I might have to do the installment so that I can cancel the policy easily enough. I could transfer the policy to another car but I won't have another car straight away to transfer it to if that makes sense crazy

Oh and out of interest if anyone wants to know, I've been quoted £350 fully comp with all mods declared by Noel Dazely on my renewal. Im going to be too busy to search around but think thats a good enough price smile

You can always suspend the insurance once you have sold the coupe and until you get another car smile

Vickster - yeah I guess I could do that but then I still have the issue of what happens if the car reg change while Im on holiday and the insurance is assigned to a different registration plate confused

Well I called them... Adrian Flux that is, again my memory isn't the best laugh

Looks like I won't be able to change the reg until after the honeymoon... ah well!
