Hello

Thinking of buying a Coupe for mostly motorway and A road use. I have a couple of queries, which someone might be able to help with.

What sort of mpg could I expect with a 16v turbo or a 20v turbo on the motorway at 70-80 mph?

Were air bags standard on these models?

Thanks and nice to see an active and friendly car forum

Welcome to the forum smile

Airbags are standard, and the airbag light being on is a common problem! laugh

20vT is more fuel efficient than the 16v, expect anything from high 20's up into the high 30's depending on driving style.

I get about 30mpg on motorway at 70mph (officer!) 20VT

AFAIK airbags are standard. Expect the airbag warning light to be on when you go to view, but dont worry about it.

Oh and welcome

If you do lots of motorway miles buy a six speed 20vt. Make sure the car gets up to temperature as well (between 80 and 90 degrees) make a big difference to mpg.
