160) At the end of day..all Coupes are loverly Especially in Sprint Blue. Which brings us to: 163. Any discussion on looks will always generate a Sprint/Broom/Red/et al discussion on the best colour. 164. Portofino owners are excluded from 163.

If you don't try to adjust them, they will still rub annoyingly against the rear ankle holders. 167. In order to check if your heated rear window is working, turn on the radio.

168. Buy yourself a private racetrack and a tin of beans. Convert your speedo to Leptons, then you can take on any "fast" car which strays on to your racetrack, give it some beans (in 3rd), reach astrononmical Lepton ratings and post it on Coupé Vs.

169a) But only on a private race track or airsrip of course, as all the way through what is affectionately termed as the 'Magic' third gear will result in 95 mph and as the 'coupe vs' section will testify, ALL coupe owners are law adhering road users..........

177:When you have been in las Vegas (losing money) for a week come back and the batterys flat spend the day trying to get it going again and the central locking working again!
178:When booking the car at airport book the girlfriends car (golf gti) because leaving the coupe would spoil your holiday (even though the drive would have been good over the snake pass)
179:When the girlfriend phones home to see how the cats and house are you ask is the car alright!!

181. Accept that every now and again you will have a 12 month period where you will spend more than the car is worth on parts etc while adding absolutely nothing to its value. Paul

184: Under no circumstance may your other half or mates or family or anyone other than a fellow coupe owner drive your coupe, unless 1) you accompany them in the car, instructing them on best approach to roundabouts, gear selection etc. 2) used for educating ignorance in that they are convinced that a 12yr old FIAT couldn't be quicker than their 2008 Vectra Diesel
