As some people may know im having my engine rebuilt, forged stylee.
Got the forged pistons and rods, off Luke but I need some shells for the rods.

Seen as everything is going to be uprated and forged id rather not get standard fiat shells, so which do people recommend?
And where can I get them from?

Need them asap, many thanks everyone.

In France when we go fully forged we buy "tri-metal" shells. They are known to be more stress resistant.

Do you fit the same type of shells?
