Just noticed this morning some little pikey has nicked all my nice Fiat valve caps. grr

Really fcensoredg irritates me!! Admittedly its about the 'best' thing they could nick or ruin. Wish I could hook them up to the battery overnight to teach them a lesson. Now I need some new ones, though am tempted to get some nice but low key ones so they don't attract attention. Going to be watching it like a hawk out of my window now.

Do anti-theft ones really work? Anyone got any hot tips?

The ones I've seen have an allen key, but I know you can get spinny ones...not sure which are best though?

I used to get mine nicked, it was the bloody school children from the school over the road nicking them for there bikes. They stoped doing it when i mounted the pavement with my foot welded to the accelerator pedel, killed 4 of them and draged the other for 2.5 miles

I got some nice ones a while back and they were on the car less than 24 hours before someone nicked them frown

I then got some more ones and despite lots of grease they ended up being bonded to the valve caps, luckily I was replacing all four tyres at the time so they could just be cut off.

I now just use the plain black ones, far easier really laugh

Ex 20VT - now something far more sensible'ish... smile

Just use the black plastic ones, under 50p for a set, even the un-nickable ones get theifed.
