Linkdont buy the above car whatever you do..ive been to see... its really reallly really bad. seals are rotted through...as a lot of other things. wing mirror missing, paint is shocking, engine is tired and the bloke is a complete nob. he told me 700 or f**K off(literally) and that was an insult. this car is good for £50 out the scrappy or free to a good home. do not buy, dont be fooled by milage, it has more holes in it then a pack of polo's. you also get taken to some dodgey place where, you feel a little intimidated, and scared being honest... but above all his attitude is you owe him something... you cant see from the pics ...they must have been taken when getting the vehicle, not selling.... as its way worse. just so you now......damn i thought he would have taken a point when i went mental at him for stringing me along...obviously not.... i would confidently say this was the worst coupe in the world.

Why does the seller make a point of the registration plate spelling DEC? Also, Surely a packet of polos just has one really long hole

Come on guys, we all know that some idiot out there will think £700 is a bargain for it. Just like in a few other threads recently.

i went to see it, as i wanted a project at that price, and equated for a respray ...but man...it needs way more.
ive yet to see a coop on here with rotted seals.
your right it did sit lower sam...
Tyres were a joke, only 2 being worthy of a months use.
And like you know, any car thats been sat around for long periods of time (years) needs rebuilding really.
As i found out....
Also theres no history or mot or tax....spares or repair should have been mentioned.
I also was interested in the motor as it claims (yes claims)
To have 76k or near, but pedals would say otherwise, as well as engine, i also checked the water, and yes no antifreeze...so its been stood with pure water in there...f[censored]ing hell man, headgasket on the cards.
this is due to the waterways becoming blocked, and corroded, pressure builds, finds a weak point, and blows.
Generally crap all round....but still not as frustrating as his attitude.

Come on guys, we all know that some idiot out there will think £700 is a bargain for it. Just like in a few other threads recently. play nice!!!! just say it was ok mech wise and had good tyres, but generally better in condition, but bad paint. Re-spray £500 good job, complete. Say an open ended £400 + on motor..(could be 1k) so for £1600-2k they have a fair coupe with 76k on the clock (if the milage was genuine mind!!) Why is that so bad..? that would be the reason for seeing it, but i admit i didnt research the car before looking, but i dont research everycar i see, i have some knowledge, of vehicles, i mean how different do you think a coupe is to an average car??? Not alot.. only one more cylinder, and a turbo, visco drive, brembo's and the known issues here on the forum. Everything else is the same, in terms of generic parts. I do believe now, that in retrospect i should have had the time to look here before buying one. But mine had 10 mins to go on ebay,i had just spotted it, And was going to sell, so i didnt have time. What do you do?? and mine wasnt £700 either. £450 more...but shouldnt have even been sold, as its a write off, from previous owner, jonnycoop the bullshitter!!! so there you go...you learn...next car im getting, its going to be the same colour, il still look for a deal, but its going to be 2k+ and im going to town on it before i buy...i suggest us branded Noobs/idiots...lol...should do the same
