I have Eibach springs on standard shocks but my car still sits to high,could this be my shocks? its more the rear than front.

Won`t be the shock`s as they can be pushed all the way in by hand,coupes do sit higher on the rear but Eibach springs normaly level things out????
just put a bag of sand in the boot laugh
