I've been to look at this. It belongs to the dealer. Nice nick, I asked about the cam belt, he'll do it before sale (though may not have offered to do so if the subject hadn't been raised).
Clean, some curbing, slight stale smell in the cabin, so may have been damp. Sounded good, no manifold tick.
