Trying to get my front ashtray and have got very stuck!!!

I have taken off the centre console and undone the 2 screws inside the ashtray but even though it moves alot it just won't come out \:mad\:

Anyone got a guide or advice on how to remove it ??

Thank you.

I assume you have removed the centre console. There are also two screws that you have to undo that are only accesible from behind the console. A long screwdriver and a torch will help. You can locate the screws if you remove the gearlever gaiter and you can then feel where they are.
