there was a rope at one point but not everywhere,plus a rope doesnt automatically guarantee safety,especially if your just holding on to it rather than clipped in and wearing a harness

that looked amazing. i think the only thing i couldn't have done was look up as he did as when i look up if i know there is a drop under me i tend to feel a bit off balance

See, here's the thing. I'll jump on my bike, take it to the Nurburgring (scary enough for some people) and happily tuck my head under the bubble and watch the numbers go north of 180.....but there's NO way I'd tiptoe across those rusty beams with a several-hundred-foot drop under me. Uh-uh.
