Live in central London, 21 years old...
All I need is insurance. anything that'll get the car on the road, the absolute minimum, it's registered in my mothers name aswell... anyone have any ideas?

im 20 got my insurance today for 1074 with adrian flux and thats with the window tint declared give them a bell they will sort you out hopefully lol

You could always try buying a dirt cheap scooter, insuring that in your name, then reg car in your name, put your mum as named driver and declare it as a second vehicle...the cost of buying and insuring scoot (as long as you do buy a dirt cheap scooter) could reduce premium on car below cost of purchase. Would get quotes first obviously. Also try hiking up the voluntary access to a figure that scares you into driving very carefully. This also brings down insurance.
