you would have to get a custom manifold to fit a gt28rs!

i think a Integrale EVO1 turbo can get you to 300, or a cosworth turbo! I'm sure somebody else will be able to confirm soon though! \:\)

Gt28rs is available for the 16vt \:\) I'm considering one in a few month.I'm also aiming for 300+bhp although I shouldn't be too far off now.

3" exhaust, fmic, evo chip, higher fuel pressure ( about 3.2-3.4bar ) t-3 60trim, or bigger turbo. boost about 1.2-1.3bar, thats it. after 330-340hp ( 1.4bar ) you run out of your injectors, and other stuff. and thats not with the 60trim turbo, wich is good only about -320maxhp, I guess.

yea max power is not really what you want from a turbo , using any turbo at high boost cant be as good as a lower boosted bigger turbo . i maybe wrong

as I sead t-3 60 trim or bigger turbo. but thats the smallest you can get those numbers. of course smart tuner wont use as small as bossible. for +300hp I would look about 350hp flow capasity turbo.

Thats in an ideal world, i see from the map the T3 super 60 at 1.4bar should flow 30lbs/min (300bhp at the fly) but I doubt you will get that

I could be proved wrong but I have a larger wheel than that and I am struggling to make 300bhp. espically on the .48 T3 exhaust turbine.

If you have a money a GT series would likely be a good buy, otherwise the T04 family compressor wheels would likely be required.

Personally my most recent plan is a T04e "super " 50 tirm, not the regular 50trim (the super is different)

however I am a bit worried the T04E hat won't clear the gearbox - I have run a T04b hat in the past, and currently do without problem. The T04b wheels will get you to 300bhp -that is basically a cosworth wheel but they are not a great wheel as far as surge goes at low RPM/high boost areas,

The GT series are more forgiving for surge, but of course more $$$

how big compressor ? what size turbine ? I have reach 325hp with 1.4 bar original head. ok I were also using bigger turbo. \:D with headwork and t-3 super 60 I believe it can be done.

With head work, I agree you could get there JTM, but I didn't see headwork mentioned earlier and thats alot of $$$.

I used to run the T04b s trim but now have a HKS wheel GT2535 54mm inducer/69mm exducer but something is restrictive and I think it is the head. Hence why I think 300bhp on the T3 super 60 would be a push

CRGracing - if you want 300bhp on a smaller turbo I think you will need headwork, otherwise something bigger is required I think

are you still using standard cams ? because chancing those are the key to a hole new world ;\) the head is quite good.
when I did my RR they sead i could get 50+ hp more just using non turbo cams. ( and its true ) .

we have measured standard car ( 155q4 ) just using 3" exhaust ( first 90 degree standard ) 220hp with 0.7bar. so chancing exhaust is one of the first mods.you should do. that was with standard chip too.

pistons are good.they are a bit heavy, thats all. but if going over 7000rpm often, and +400hp you should replace them. they will work fine, if fuelling is ok. and rods are good too etc..no need to chance, with little mods.

1. Remove engine
2. Fit 20VT engine
3. FMIC, GT28RS, Gtech, UNICHIP, SIP, Boost Controller, 3" Exhaust.

= 300 BHP +

really thats what i should do gouki but i would like to keep y engine. to start of with i only have money to put in 250 hp because with 250hp its not nesesary to do any mods i think.
