A few points worth noting:
The calipers would have to be swapped over (left to right side etc) as otherwise the bleed nipples would be at the bottom. The calipers have 2 different sizes pistons inside for a reason, 1 leading (bigger) and the second smaller. Would these still be in the same place?
Sound pointless to me too.

and fabricating special brackets to hold the calipers the wrong way round is going to add weight/cost/complexity. Another point to pointless from me then V.
