Tried a few companies this morning and got redirected to these guys, They took a few details and gave me list of companies to try, including Sky, Hyperformance, Policy Shop and Alan + Alan.

Anybody had any dealings with any of these?

I have only tried Sky so far, and they have quoted me £661 ,which is less than the £685 renewal quote I got from ND. The thing is ND say they can lower the price if I give them a call. On the positive side, Sky will cover the car like for like, ie they will cover the cost of replacing mods if needed.

Anybody heard of any of the others?

Steve

I think you'll find ND probably offer like for like cover too. Or at least they do on my policy which I didn't realise until I asked them this year at renewal time.

In my experience dude, your best sticking with what you know. Insurance companies are notorious for saying one thing then doing another come a claim.

My advice? Try HIC, Greenlight. If they cant beat it, get ND to lower there price.
