A really simple question, but I stupidly dont know the answer.
I have permision to drive a friends car and my insurance says that I can drive another car 3rd party with the owners permision.
Can I just check, if something does happen, the claim (if another vehicle is involved) would be through my insurance and not through the owner of the cars insurance
Never needed to know before.
Thanks Stu

yes, the third party would claim through your insurance. the car youre driving would have to be claimed for by your friend through his insurance, if he's fully comp. dont know if he would have to tell his insurance company that youre driving it though for the car to be covered on his insurance if not or if he's TPFT then expect him to demand cash off you for crashing his car
