here is my dyno graph from yesterday.....

i have: evocars chip, 2.5" exhaust line with DECAT, PRV and air filter

I think is very low power....but i think the problem is that run very lean....and i need the 3bar fuel pressure regulator... what do you think? the graph have a curves at 5000rpm like run lean...

looks about right - here is my dyno with the same mods

Evo-chip, 3inch exhaust, pod filter but I did have a ebc set to 1.1bar, not sure what boost you were running? (same as 2.5 with standard turbo). this was before I changed my turbo

I made 215bhp at the wheels or 160Kw, so within 1Kw of yours

Dyno graph

i have more boost, 1,3bar, that is the cause that at 5000rpm run very lean...the smoke say that....see also that the temp here was 33º and in your graph 15º... i think the hot also cause the hill in the graph at 5000rpm

i´m going to install 3Bar FPR and evo VI fmic and i like if the power be about 225-230bhp

I doubt you will get that out of a standard turbo.

Sorry I did have a 3bar FPR and FMIC with that run now I think about it, I guess those made up for lower boost. But a stadard turbo won't flow much more than 1 bar above 500-5500rpm. If you want 230ATW or more then you will likely need to change turbo's

I think Elhino has a super 60 for sale to fit the 16V at the moment

Cheers

If you mean 250bhp at the wheels then an integrale evo turbo unit. Look in the "16V tuning the knowledge thread" you should be able to pick one up pretty cheaply. -it will be worst spool however. from memory you need the Lancia Evo I and Integrale 16V turbochargers.

They are a .63 a/r turbine, compared to the .48 factory so they do have a higher boost threshold/ more lag but they will flow about 320bhp at the fly or 270bhp ATW approx with other mods.

To get good spool up and more bhp you likely need a setup like mine but that isn't cheap.

If you want cheap you must give up low RPM spool up, in exchange for higher RPM max power/flow

the problem is that in spain i cant remap this car....because no one know for this car...

just make sure it's not the evo II turbo as these are pretty similar to what you have now, should be fine on an evo cars chip with the 3 bar FPR fueling wise - but you don't know till you get it RR'd. You may have to add a Walbro 255lph fuel pump as well. Nothing is guarrented with tuning.
