Managed to change the sensor on my car today. made the job easy so thought id post how i did it. sure you guys know easy ways anyway. but im a tight git so i decided to cut a slit in my deep 22mm socket for the wire. so as i could undo the origional sensor without damage and also fit the new one. the socket was weakened by the approx 5mm cut so put a jube clip on the bottom to stop it opening and the sensor un screwed easy. didnt have to remove pipes or anything to get at it. just an extension and an elbow on the end of the socket. 5 min job.
