sorry if i write something wrongly, but i need some help from here.
i have in my bravo hgt engine from coupe 20v turbo,
and it looks i have some maping problem, because i instald on my car a new manifold, external turbonetics westgate, t3/t4, fmic, 76mm exhaust system 1 muffler and with chip wich is made by guy in austria and a piggyback to modifying the maf signal, vems lambda and egt and guage to checking the afr and exhaust gas temp.
I have guage for boost pressure and oil temp and oil pressure.
The problem:
I cant runing hihger boost than 0,5 bar with this big turbo.
If the boost is 0,51 than backfire or fuel cut i dont know, ther is a noise drdrdrdr.
The chip writen to 1,2 bar pressure and to 1,4 owerboost.
The fueling is good, because the afr is :
at iddle : 14,5-14,7
at close loop : 13,8-15.,5
at open loop/full trottle: 11,8-12,4
one time i can run with 0,7 boost but was not backfire and the afr was at full trottle : 11,4
im in standard 330ccm injectors, and a maf signal is modified to send to the ecu maximum 5,1 volt, not more
im running with walbro 255 and i modified the voltage as i read here
i try with different fuel pressure ....from 2,5-4,8 but nothing changed...i just see on afr the different, but back fire still come.
maybe i need gtech2 chip?...please give me some help in this problem
