Hi,

I have just been quoted on a set of 17" Momo fighters, GTR's, and WRS's - All the same price £649. Looking to buy them tomorrow but......

Im sure a few people have fighters or GTR's on here....would anyone be kind enough to post a quick pic with any of these wheels on?

Has anyone had any problems with these with the wobbly wheel bolts etc??

Cheers
Jay

Used to be a pic of a blue coupe with GTR's in the 'pics of your coupe' thread but I guess it's been wiped since then.

Is that price for wheels and tyres? Sounds like a good deal.

They do look good but they dont look like the Momo fighters, GTR or WRS's......what Momo's are they? The momo fighters i have been looking at do not have split spokes.

No idea, guessing 330mm or something.

Need to PM steve to get more details, but the conversion was done before he bought the car

Ok, im finding it hard to choose between the 2 now, what do you guys think...?? Should get a poll going on this...

GTR's
http://customwheelsmarket.com/momogtr.html

Or
Fighters
http://customwheelsmarket.com/mowhrifi.html

Please give me your opinions on what you think would look the best on the beauty! I could finally get some alloys!!

cheers

Hello,

They both look very good, to be honest, but maybe the fighters ? I actually like the wheels ion that first picture better than both, though, but not sure what type they are.

The price seems really good. Where are they from, and what tyres are on them?

I like to keep my car pretty much original, but having just spent £187 on two tyres, I might be a bit envious of you getting nice 17" wheels and tyres for £649!

I'm curious as to what is the maximum size wheel, (width / dimeter), that can fit the coupe, if anyone knows, and what effect it might have on handling / performance, if any.

Cheers

Well i have gone for the fighters in the end!!

Got them for £669 in the end, because i went for the Yokohama tyres rather than the Hankook ones, which would have been £649. Got them in a 17", with 205/40/17's, including wobbly bolts and spigot rings. Also had to pay £30 delivery which is a bit of a pain but i dont think £699 is too bad for them.........what do you think, have i been robbed???? I had a few quotes from other places and it was well other that, so im happy with that.

If anyone wants to know, i got them from Revolution - 01914770785.

Cheers for all ya posts!

Just out of interest can you still get momo fighters ?
(i like the ones in the pic of the silver coupe)

I'd love a set of them on mine, i reckon they'd look a treat.

I have the same wheels as in the silver car photo.

Think they are called Momo Sports.
