As this is to do with styling on my Coupe, I thought I'd post this hear.

Can anyone advise on where I can buy a single (or just a few) as a minumum purchase, grommetts for a hole approx 36mm diameter?

Halfords ones are too small, www.grommetts.co.uk stock this size but have a min order of £25 or 1000 grommets .

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have a grommet kit at home - I will check and see if I have that size.

Can I just guess that you want the rear wiper removed. If so and you can find a supplier I'd happily order one as well.

Found a company online. "Auto Sparks"

They do a number of different sized grommets. The 1½" seems to be the best option.

No bother, thanks for looking. I found a company who can supply single large blanking grommets - see above.

It's either an animated rabbit.

Or a round rubber blanking plug. The one I'm getting is to blank the hole left after I remove the rear wiper.

Oh shít, your right.

Next time you see a car, with an animated dog stuffed into the hole wear the rear wiper sits, you'll know who it belongs to.

As expected the rear window spoiler Im fitting will affext the rear wiper so I definatly need it removed ASAP. Please post details of what size Grommet you need. I remember a thread on the old forum where someone had pics of their rear wiper removed.

Apologies for the delay in responding - been busy fitting Eibachs.

The link to follow is Auto Sparks Online Catalogue , and you need to buy the 1½" blanking grommet, which is shown almost at the end of the page.

It fits, but is a little bit of a squeeze, but once in place looks perfect.
