does anyone know how to remove the headrests from the front seats? i want to fit a quick release bracket for a tv screen and the bracket slides onto the underneath prongs.

I guess you've found out by now, but just in case.

It's in the Coupe handbook, you have to turn the struts on each rest and they come out.
