Changed the turbo on my coupe before christmas and have been driving around with the clutch slipping since i bought the car 2 years ago . I have changed the clutch last week and i notice now in 2nd gear and higher that the boost goes straight up to 17 psi and drops backs to 10 psi and holds. Originally with the slipping clutch and the original turbo i though the car was chipped but maybe not and it felt much faster .Is it chipped before i take the ECU and look .

Dropping to 10 psi is below base boost, try swapping the vacuum lines around on the pierburg valve as normally it would drop to 15psi in 3rd, 4th and 5th.
As for the ecu being chipped, with the figures above I don't think there's a Gtec chip fitted.
