Absolutely agree, I have been out there for 3 hours so far this evening using some of his products plus numerous others (only til I use them up and buy more from Tim). Car looking pretty good too. Just one more process to complete before dusk. Oooh me arms.

Would love to agree with what you are all saying, but my experience so far hasn't been a good one. I sent an email via the website asking for some advice and recommendations as to what products to use on my car and so far (9 days later) I have not received a reply .

Therefore I went out and bought some alternative products.

Jules.

Jules i must admit that when i have contacted Tim via the website he's always been good at responding and has offered sound advice. Subsequently i think i've spent about £300!

I've just seen this post, some good and not so good feedback \:\)

Jules, I'm not sure I ever recieved a email,.. It's so easy now for them to get sent to spam and missed.

I try my very best to reply to everyone \:\(

Cheers Tim

Another thumbs up from me - excellent service and a personal 'thanks for the order' note too.

I've asked Tim questions about his products, but not only this, but tips on how best to clean my coop etc. I got a reply usually straightaway if I was asking in the evenings. So my experience was very good! \:\)

Coopless!

Hi there Bockers,

I've just gone through my emails and definately don't have one from you on the 7th \:\( I really pride myself on customer service so this is very worrying.

I've not been on this forum in over 2 montsh until the last few days which is why I hadn't recieved the pm.

Cheers Tim
