saw this in Coventry once. Pulled into a large shopping complex, usually very quiet, and the car park was packed of photographers sat on and stood on cars waiting for it to arrive toget their shots. Needless to say I asked what was going on and waited too ! Bloody noisy beast

Another reason to go to Wings and Wheels at Dunsfold to see it for the very last time.
16VT and X1/9 1500
We must all do our part for the planet. I unplugged a row of electric cars that nobody was using.

Last chance to see it but they dont run at full throttle anymore. Basically it cruises round with a small blast of 80% throttle, in order to prolong the flying hours left on the engines. Unfortunately, they are costly beasts to check and rebuild and they cant afford another one. Still worth seeing though.

It's a plan then. Sort out the arrangements closer to the date?

Saw it last Sunday at the Vintage Festival at Croft Circuit. Still such an amazing aircraft to watch in the sky and I'd forgotten just how loud they are when opened up a bit!
