I'm very much enjoying the experience of driving our new Mini Clubman, though it serves to emphasise what a phenomenal car the Merc was, in terms of everything from toys to ride and finish to performance.
I've noticed that the rear high-level brake light has quite a lot of condensation in it and I'm wondering if there's a standard way of sealing light housings once they've been dried out.
My current plan is to wait for slightly drier weather, then remove the light, clean the green mould off it and dry it, then clean and dry the surround on the car before sealing it with...? and reassembling.
Would a normal silicone sealant do the job or is there something I need to know?
