Another one of my spontaneous purchases and it's a first..... it's not another Coupe. Must be the ultimate cherished number for any Coupe lover named Jo, but hey! my name's Pete. This is a clear sign I spend far to much time on the net looking for all things Coupe and buying stuff I don't really need. I'm sure i'm not the only one guilty of doing this. It's needless to say my internet purchases are now being monitored

Out of interest, how much did you pay for it? I saw the plate last year, at the time it was on a Coupe (I think) in the Surrey/Sussex area. I just had mine valued and was surprised to hear £1395.

Well maybe one day we could trade? My given name is Jonathan. I mostly see that plate as a European greeting - FIAT hello. I would need to buy another car first. p.s. My dad would love to see me come home with that on the car!

I Just have a lot of Coupes although I have bought a couple of Coupes in the past that were already being broken. I bought a Plus and 20vt that were crashed and beyond repair.
Coupes or any classic shouldnt be bought to be stripped in my opinion But when you have 8 cars like me its a must to have spares to keep them on the road.
I am guilty of of buying engines when good ones are availble and over the years have a amounted a good collection of both 16vt and 20vt simply to keep if they are ever needed, but to date have never needed.

Huh, our Scottish police have nowt better to do. Been pulled over for front and rear spacing on separate occasions I was lucky the other day, I was doing high 30's in a 30mph zone, was zapped but, slowed considerably before we got to him, he just gave me a slow down wave of the hand. Phew! No mention or indication of pulling me over for any other reason, thank goodness! I've only just got my licence back after the Post Office lost my last one! P.S. Sorry for the thread diversion
