I have already searched but to no avail..

Correct me if I'm wrong smile

I called into a powerflow dealer recently, whp put my car on the ramps and told me I couldnt have twin pipes..is this right?

I have seen so many with the twin pipes on so I'm a little confused!

If it is possible - which in some way it is.. is there any coupe garages who would be able to do this for me?

Thanks in advance.

Im also interested in this. Im guessing the reason they said they cant is due to the fuel tank. I want to have twin pipes also but with a cutout valve on the second pipe.

Do you mean one pipe on the left one on the right or a duel pipe right next to each other?

This is mine with Ragazzon. Exhausts

It took a lot of fitting as from the passenger side back box a pipe extends sideways to the drivers side. The rear bumper needs to be cut out and the original cutout passenger side needs to be moved sideways and filled in. It is a lot of work and i did not realise this when i bought it, like you i wanted it but i don't think i would do it again.

There are other exhausts that have this duel pipe set out but they do it slightly different but you again will have to cut the rear bumper and get a good bodyshop to make it look neat, too big a chunks cut out looks naff. As i said i would just get a good quality stainless single and the money you would have spent on all the duel pipe fitting/adjustment on having the whole system stainless. Speak to Joe aka Country Crusing, Nigel and motormech or Flea aka FCperformance i believe they all know about/supply stainless exhausts.

Tom

NB. if you want a Ragazzon i got a very good deal from coupedetail in Germany better than the official site.

Tom.

I have a secondhand twin exit system in stock - two tailpipes, one at each side of the car, so it can definitely be done

How does your exhaust run under the car James? To the split from the passenger back box?

Anybody know if anyone has split the exhaust prior to tbe fuel tank with a y pipe then run seperate pipes back from there? Im concerned about the heat under the fuel tank on the drivers side.

It takes exactly the same route as a standard exhaust but the back box has a y piece on the end and the right side branches off behind the bumper.

Is it worth moving this thread to here so others can find easily?
