Was very excited to see a letter in the post for me this morning from starvin2047, sad I know :-\ but it's not often someone goes out of their way to send me! a part I was in desperate need of :-)
I pick it up only to disappointment :-(
Royal Mail somewhere along the line have (from what I can tell) managed to either jam the letter in somewhere thus tearing it, or just plain and simply split the envelope spilling the contents and not caring about putting it back in and sealing it.

I had a parcel a few weeks back delivered in a clear plastic royal mail bag apologising that it got damaged in transit. The original envolope had clearly been cut open with a knife....

They are useless.I now face serious consequences as a result of them losing my '1st class Signed for' documentation. Any apology.....no......
