I think it's called hedging a bet, but from what I know about eBay ….. it's dreamers thinking that somehow they will win ….. and most likely, if they did win; then it's a case of a no show or multiple excuse syndrome.

IMO ebay is full of dreamers that think first and fail to act later.

The le and standard were practice for fiat and the plus for when they finally got it right
