As above people I'm wondering where the best place to get a set.

As the 3rd rebuild approaches

yes

Though unforutnately Cat Cams don't do an off-the-shelf cam for the 20V engines.

C&B is typically a long lead time if they have to come from Italy so get ordering now if there is no UK stock.

You could trying giving Piper a call and see what they can turn around, their normally really good.

Unless a cam company have the blanks to go from (which Piper, Catcams do not) then it will be a costly exercise. They will of course re-profile the standard cams, which I have done a few times for the 20vt to various specs.

I had mine done by Kent cams but they wore out after a year and i went back to stock. I was unable to do a back to back performance test so cannot confirm any gains or losses. IMO you need to buy a fresh set or stick with stock.

Are 20VT cams made of surface-hardened chewing gum, like 16VT cams?
