Which turbo hausing would you choose for GTX35 turbo and best spool up with possibility of 500-550bhp?

I assume you mean the exhaust turbine housing?

0.64AR will be too small - you will need 0.86AR

Yes,you are right,thats what i thought. smile
Next week I will buy new turbo and i have to decide with which exhaust housing.I want to be able to make 500-550 bhp and to have the best spool up possible.

Also I hesitate to choose between GTX3576 and GTX3582.But probably i will go for GTX 3576.What do you think?

Personally for 500bhp I would go for a GTX3076 with .86 housing. Will spool better than any GTX35..
GTX35 is more 600+ bhp.

Now in the 400+ bhp club!

For 550 up to 600hp gtx3076 is still enough. But many experiences in USA meanwhile show that maybe the gtx3576 is the better choice. Why... it seems that the gtx3076 is very close to be a mismatch between cold and hot side. Compressor could deliver more, but turbine is too limited to get exhaust through. I read several threads mentioning that spool up of gtx3576 and gtx3076 is almost equal (with marginal advantages of gtx30) but when it comes near to 600hp or even more, the gtx35 will beat the smaller gtx30 significantly by more 10's hp. Look like from your experience that i should go for GTX3576 0.86 housing or GTX3582 0.86 housing. My goal is between 500-550 bhp but one never knows.GTX35 is capable for more then 600 bhp. smile

In what rpm range I should expect spool up and boost with those turbos?

Bojke, you cannot go 0.86 on the GTX3576 as this is an internal wastegate configuration. For this turbo you will need to go external wastegate and either a 0.63 or 0.82 T3 housing.

These are NOT my experiences, because I don't use these turbos.
Please do a research by yourself in internet:
GTX3076 vs GTX3576 und you will find many posts with similar results like this:
