Here's how to for the rears but for the fronts is gone.

For the front, loosen the strut nut in the top mount, jack up the car, remove wheel, use two decent spring compressors to compress the spring, undo the two bolts connecting the strut to the hub, remove bolts for the top mount and you got the whole strut with the spring out. Then carefully dismantle the top mount (be very careful as last thing you want is the spring launching at yourself), bearing and spring seat, fit new springs. Then the whole process in reverse. Make sure you tighten the strut nut having the car on the ground. You may need an air gun for that nut either to remove it or to tighten it. I used mole grips instead thou. Also, I find it easier when track rod ends are removed then the ARB will sway much more which can help in setting the strut back in its place.

I think that you should shorten the bump stop by a half?

PS I would replace the top mounts and bearings at the same time.

Thanks again.

No need for spring compressors until the struts are off the car.
The rubber bump stops are a bit too long when using the Bilstein shocks + lowering springs. The car often rest on those rubbers unless you cut - preferably - the first "ring" off the rubber stop.
A lot less crashy ride! smile
