I hate dealing with technical support mostly because it's patronising and often totally illogical.

The Yahoo tablet/mobile mail site won't send emails if you use "quotes" in the body of the mail. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone last night getting this message across to their tech support. Lots and lots of stupid questions - logging in and out and using different URLs to reach the same site. Claims that they hadn't heard of the issue before were set aside by getting them to google to URL of the mobile site - loads of complaints. Finally got through to a supervisor who took on the issue. Painful painful process
