As i'm blessed with a voltmeter on my newly aquired turbo plus i'd like to install an oil temperature gauge along with a boost gauge in a nomad pillar pod.

is there a oil tepmerature sender that i can tap into or will i have to get a sensor and find a suitable place for it?

if the latter, where would be a good place to site the sensor? i was thinking of drilling and tapping the sump plug to take one but i put the car on the lift the other day and the plug is an internal allen key type, so that's out unless i can find another plug with a hex outer. Any thoughts?

Regards,

Dai

Anyone got any thoughts on this? I've tried searching but putting the word "oil" into the search bar brings up a fair few results
