Unfortunatly that being the case i wont be able to assist as im full time. I think your best bet would be to approach an agency and get in a short term contractor. Although i appriciate the day rates will be high. From the sounds of the requirements you have put forward a junior sharepoint designer should have sufficient knowledge to complete the tasks. If you would like to chat further i can help you scope out the technical skills that would be required if you can go into some more detail around the technical setup you have. That way when you approach an agency you will get exactly the skills you are after and wont end up paying extra for a resource thats overqualified for this role.
