So, I sold some stuff on ebay. I offered 'economy delivery', which in the event was Yodel.

One of the buyers has refused delivery of his item, according to the online tracking. Where does that leave me? Assuming it is now going to find its way back to me, what is my best course of action?

1. Think of something witty and urbane
2. Imagine it written here

Hi ive had the same and said nicely that they are to pay for the delivery again due to there fault and you will help them by just charging them what it costs.
Which is always been ok when ive had this situation.

Good luck

Yodel - this (may) means they have failed to deliver it and the customer hasn't picked it up. This is what happened to me. They didn't bother to put a slip through so had no idea it was at the depot and after checking from the company who sent it, they advised to check with Yodel and they returned it to the company after 1 week.

I complained to Yodel - this was 6 months ago and no response....

Pretty loud, but it travels farther if you're on the top of the Alps, in a fine set of Lederhosen.

Coopless!
