On the Swarm at Thorpe Park Ouch!!

What a publicity stunt, to think that the dummies ever got close enough to break limbs is laughable. Those are not proper theme test ride dummies anyway. They are lotus notes test dummies hence why that have gnawed of their own limbs

I read a small article about this in my local paper earlier, which also showed the photos of the test dummies.

I don't know why, but I found the photo quite eerie, seeing those dummies with missing limbs.

I also find it strange that with todays precision engineering and computer skills, that those dummies returned damaged after the ride.

Publicity stunt or not, I certainly wouldn't want to be the first person on it.

Looks 'armless to me.
