You're known as a 'leaper' I think and you have a birthday every 4 years I guess

I know two identical twins born on that day

I knew a Leaper! I don't know about his birthday, but he had the WORST skin I'd ever seen, and his limbs used to fall off.

I missed being one by about 20 minutes, apparently. A leaper, not a leper.

So how or when is the Birthday celebrated when the 29th Feb only comes round every 4 years? What about in between?

An ex girlfriend of mine was a Twenty Niner, she compensated by having two birthdays every year, the 28th and the 1st, except for leap years of course.

The correct way is to celebrate on the 1st, or put another way, the day after the 28th but each to thier own

My Missus is a leaper - and in her case it works like this; I have to buy her a normal birthday present each year, but an extra special one on her real birthday every 4 years!

She celebrates on the 28th of Feb in non-leap years.
