A random post but im bored,

So for lunch I made chicken nuggets and they were on par with mc'd's for taste. Awesome

2x chicken breasts - blitzed
1x teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1x teaspoon of ground fenugreek
Pinch of salt, twist of pepper

Dipped in egg, then breadcrumbed - spray of oil over tops and bottoms then ovened to perfection (35mins)@ 190

took me 5 mins to make 2 mins to clean up. Why isn't this so commonly done??

So what did you guys have?

I had a packet of crisps and a banana. I'm so rock n roll (actually more of the roll after Christmas snacking)

You only think they are rank because Mr Mcdeep-pocket's makes them, and because they have the nutritional value of a nat! Haha, they are delicious especially with the cayenne pepper! furious

Love a bit of cous cous, though when I eat it I always manage to get a bit trapped in my sinus.. weird..

I made tuna, lettuce and dressing sandwiches for lunch. Buying pre-made lunch from a shop etc. gets expensive, so home-made all the way!
