Please ensure that there is some identifying name on the payment reference you have on your bank transfer.

We cannot tell who has paid the money from a string of numbers on the bank statement.

One or two have done that Bob, even then the identification shown on the club bank statement can lack the actual name of the subscriber.

Yeah I noticed this recently as well.

Most banks allow you to send the payment with a reference, but some even allow you to change the identifier reference also, which causes no issues if they change that to the reference by accident!!
