I took some time out to drive up into North Wales today to check out the triangle, yes in true form the Welsh weather pissed down but we still enjoyed a lively stroll across the Welsh hills.

So what can we get from this meet, well there's a couple of pubs with good parking so lunch is sorted, there's also an out door Go Karting track on the A5 so this could also be organised as long as we had the numbers to support a booking.

A popular meeting point could be RAF Cosford to start and then onto the triangle, dates wise I was thinking the tail end of August, Sunday 28th but lets see what interest there is and take it from there.

Damn I'm working that weekend and there's too many got it booked off so I can't have an holiday.

I would have said yes but I'm off to Ireland on that day. I suppose I could take a detour on my way to Holyhead, wouldn't be the same in a packed mondeo though

Interested on a different day though.

I probably won't be able to do this, as it's my daughters 21st that day.

I could get in touch with the regional reps on Alfa Owners and some Lancia people though, if you want to get the numbers up Joe and have more Italian car fun?

We joined forces last year and did this run and was a brilliant day, although, sadly not so many people interested this year, when I tried arranging it in May

The date isn't fixed it's just an idea of when to organise something.

I do know it's got to be a dry day that's one thing for sure, but Wales being Wales we won't know until the day.

Theresa if we can get the Alfa owners involved that would be great, maybe we could have a Coupe V's Alfa karting competition

I'll wait until the date is confirmed and then let them know
