Hi All, Can anyone explain the benefit of fitting 18" alloys onto my 20vt coupe instead of the original 16". Also is ther any adjustment required for this change? regards Howsie
there is no advantage other than the look go 17 with 45s at most if you want to keep from feeling every pot hole on your rims along with increased road noise
If you're a bit more driver-oriented you'll appriciate the quick reactions of lower-profile wheels, I know I do. Great when you steer away from those potholes.
Thanks all Guess its 18" for it then, my babe has had a full face lift Front and back bumper, side skirts. vented wings and a new marino bonnet and a complete respray, she should be home next week
my old one has got 18" fox RS1's and looks the mutts nuts imo.
My new coupe has standard wheels and as above, it just doesn't get the looks like my old one did. saying that i'm in two minds to change them over as the new ride is very smooth compared to the rubber band tyres on my 18's
