Is there any way in hell of getting my OZ wheels on a coupe evan though the stud pattern is 4X100 and the coupe is 4X98?

I think they will look quality, make sure you post some pictures.

Wobble bolts or get a machine shop to re-drill the bolt holes in the alloys and use the standard sized (stronger) bolts.

It's only 1mm off the inside edge of each bolt hole to make them 4x98, it will cost you a few pints of beer money and it will be much safer than wobble bolts!

you either had the wrong offset or the wrong tyres then, mine have been on for 4 years with no issues.

Or worn shocks! Mine is lowered on 18s 225 35 18 tyres and 30ml drop and it never ever rubs on the arches but my old coupe was herrendous on same set up.

Are the wheels you're trying to fit to your coop off a Ford? If that's the case you can't, 4 stud Ford pcd is 108 (iirc, but certainly a lot bigger than the coop).
